Activity versus Task
We would like to explain the difference between Activity and Task within the CRM.
Activity
An activity is an action you do in the future, so you note it down to remember it. For example it may be a phone call, a reminder to send an email, an appointment or a reminder to send a fax. The activities can be linked to a Contact, a Lead or a Client. Synchronize the CRM with your Google Calendar to merge activities with calendar events. The Activity is more of a When and What.

Task
A Task is a piece of work to be done or undertaken. Tasks give you the option of reporting hours and sending invoices for the work performed.
